Since 2009, Dan Migala has been the Vice President of Creative Partnerships for the San Diego Padres. Before this, the entrepreneurial Migala has been an advisor or worked for all levels of sports franchise. He has consulted for numerous Fortune 500 companies and co-founded Chicago's Property Consulting Group.
Migala graduated from the University of Missouri obtaining a degree in Broadcast Journalism, been a visiting professor of sports marketing at Arizona State University, Baylor University, and New York University, among many others. In addition, Migala earned a Master of Sports Administration from Ohio University.
His monthly online newsletter, The Migala Report, keeps sports marketers on the pulse of up-to-date trends in sports marketing. Migala was a columnist for Sports Business Journal and has authored three books on sports marketing. The Chicago native is co-owner of the Class A Ft. Myers Miracle, and his book, Dugout Wisdom, speaks to his enduring love of baseball.
